Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that some remote areas, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted delivery locations may not be supported by all carriers. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Time

Shipping Fees

For orders below US$69.99, a standard shipping fee of US$7.99 will apply.

The final shipping fee, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Tracking Delays

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@thekzz.com with your order number, and we will help check the shipment status.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thekzz.com.
